winbt Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the Player) and winbt (the Platform). By creating a winbt account, logging into an existing account, or placing any bet on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them unconditionally. If you do not agree to any provision, you must not use winbt.

These Terms apply to all winbt services including sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi), online casino games (slots, live dealer, crash games, card games), promotional offers, and customer support interactions. These Terms should be read alongside the winbt Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement.

To register and maintain a real-money account on winbt you must satisfy all eligibility requirements at all times. winbt may verify eligibility at registration or at any later point. Failure to meet any requirement may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• You must be aged 21 or above on the date of registration and at all times during account use.
• You must be a natural person registering on your own behalf, not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth and a valid Bangladesh mobile number.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of any winbt employee or partner company.
• You must hold only one (1) real-money account on winbt at any time. Multiple accounts registered to the same person, mobile number, device, IP address, or payment method are prohibited.

winbt may at any time request documentary evidence to verify your identity, age, or payment method. Accounts that cannot be verified within a reasonable period may be suspended or permanently closed.

When you register a winbt account you provide a Bangladesh mobile number as your account identifier and set a password meeting minimum security requirements. The following obligations apply to your account at all times:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any other person.
• All activities carried out using your login credentials are your sole responsibility, whether or not authorised by you. winbt is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect your credentials.
• You must notify winbt support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• You must keep your registered personal information up to date, including your mobile number and email if provided. You must not register using false or borrowed identity details.

winbt processes all personal data collected during registration in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering, you consent to winbt's data processing practices as described in that policy, available at /privacy-policy.

All winbt accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

• The minimum deposit is ৳100. winbt accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. Deposits are credited with no platform fees upon successful processing.
• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit wherever operationally possible. winbt typically completes BDT withdrawals to bKash and Nagad wallets within 5 to 15 minutes.
• winbt reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be temporarily held pending successful verification completion.
• Depositing funds without genuine intent to play, for the purpose of exploiting bonuses or payment-system arbitrage, is prohibited and may result in account closure.
• winbt does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. You must deposit only using a payment method registered in your own name.

If you believe a transaction was processed incorrectly, contact winbt support at [email protected] within 30 days of the transaction date. Claims raised after 30 days may not be considered.

winbt may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions and other incentives. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time of the offer:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings from bonus play cannot be withdrawn until the applicable rollover is completed in full.
• Bonuses are credited in BDT and may only be used for betting and gaming on winbt. Bonus funds are non-transferable and have no cash equivalent unless explicitly stated in the offer terms.
• winbt reserves the right to withdraw, alter or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided such action does not affect any bonus already credited and in active use.
• Players found to be abusing bonus offers — including through multiple accounts, co-ordinated wagering to eliminate risk, or prohibited bonus stacking — will have their bonuses voided and may have their account permanently closed.

Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per player, household, IP address and payment method. winbt reserves the right to determine whether a player qualifies as a new player for any introductory offer.

All sports betting and casino gaming on winbt is subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the platform:

• A bet is valid and binding once confirmed by the winbt system. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended except via any specific cash-out feature available on the relevant market.
• In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect odds display, all affected bets may be voided at winbt's discretion and stakes returned to the player's account.
• Casino games on winbt use certified RNG technology. Published RTP percentages are theoretical long-term values and do not guarantee any individual session outcome.
• winbt reserves the right to suspend or void any bet believed to have been placed in breach of these Terms, including through automated software, arbitrage strategies, or prohibited conduct described in Clause 7.

The following are strictly prohibited on winbt. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct are subject to immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with winbt without direct human input.
• Colluding with other players to fix the outcome of any game, match, or event offered on the platform.
• Using winbt accounts for money laundering, illegal fund transfers, or any financial activity in breach of applicable Bangladesh law.
• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's identity or payment details to circumvent account restrictions or bonus eligibility rules.
• Exploiting any software bug, error, or system vulnerability on winbt to gain an unfair advantage. Winnings obtained through system-error exploitation are void and will be reversed.

winbt monitors all account activity for prohibited conduct using automated risk tools and manual review. If your account is flagged for investigation, winbt may temporarily restrict deposits, withdrawals or betting while the investigation is ongoing.

winbt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, including in circumstances of: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete identity verification, or at the player's own request. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, winbt will endeavour to communicate a decision within a reasonable timeframe.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may contact support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the verified payment method within a reasonable processing period. Accounts closed due to a Terms breach may have balances forfeited in whole or in part.

winbt is committed to responsible gaming. We believe gambling should be an enjoyable leisure activity and never a source of financial hardship or personal distress. All players are encouraged to set personal deposit limits, session time limits and loss limits through the account management section. Players who feel their gambling is becoming problematic are encouraged to use the self-exclusion feature, which restricts access to real-money betting and gaming features.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, winbt's liability to any player in connection with platform use is limited as follows:

• winbt is not liable for any loss of winnings, loss of opportunity, or indirect or consequential loss arising from platform use, system downtime, or failure of third-party services including payment processors.
• winbt is not liable for technical failures on the part of a player's device, internet service provider, mobile network, or browser that prevent access to the platform or result in a bet not being placed as intended.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits winbt's liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other matter that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

All content on winbt — including the brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of winbt or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use winbt for your own personal recreational use only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content from the winbt platform without express prior written consent from winbt.

winbt reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, winbt will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via the platform, by email, or by SMS to the registered mobile number. Your continued use of winbt following publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms.

If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must stop using winbt and may request account closure as described in Clause 8. The most current version of these Terms is always available at /terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. winbt operates as an online platform and makes no representation as to the legality of online betting in any particular jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using winbt is lawful in your location before registering.

In the event of any dispute, you are required to contact winbt support at [email protected] in the first instance, clearly describing the nature of the dispute and the resolution you are seeking. winbt will respond within a reasonable timeframe and work in good faith to reach an amicable resolution. If resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, the matter may be escalated in accordance with applicable dispute resolution procedures.
